Saturday Sketch Challenge 212

Hello Friends!

This post was pre-scheduled before leaving for the annual Stampin' Up! convention. This year all but one will be there! I'm very excited to be able to give some of my best buds some hugs, and of course some swaps!!! :D I'm sure we're having a great week! I really had fun with this week's sketch. I'm diggin' the lines and angles and it comes together so easily.

Notice below, some of the operators flipped the sketch, one made a scrapbook page and oh so much more!

So how about we start with some potential measurements:

Base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded in half at 4 1/4"
Layer 2: 5 1/2" x 1 3/4"
Layer 3: 5 1/2" x 1 1/2"
Layer 4: some type of cut shape
Layer 5: potentially some ribbon going across.
Layers 6 and 7, any punched shapes.. Just use your imagination!

Once again we have quite the amazing talent below to get you started! Check out these and please dont forget to leave our guest designer Denise (and the operators) some love by leaving them comments if you wish. :)

Your comments really keep us motivated!

Are you ready to play along? We sure hope so! Never played with us before?? Well, it's easy! Sky's the limit!
  1. Make a card using your Stampin' Up Supplies!
  2. Post it online somewhere to your blog or other online forum
  3. Post a link to the free linky tool below (please point the link to your post and NOT just your blog).
  4. Have some fun and leave comments for each other (and for the operators if you like their work). ~ Everyone loves comments!
  5. Please note, we reserve the right to remove links with non-Stampin' Up! product, "sales pitches", links to online stores, or requests to join your team. We're here to have fun, learn from one another and share.

We hope you join us this week and play along with this sketch! But don't delay our links will close at 8AM on Thursday morning Eastern Standard Time.

Rubbah hugs,
Selene Kempton

  1. My favorite color is purple. Thank you for sharing the beautiful lace doily card. All the cards are spectacular and the boat card is a great idea for a masculin card.. Hugz to all,

  2. This is another great sketch and makes making a card not so daunting, thank you. I am wondering though what happened to the stamper's showcase. There hasn't been one for several weeks? Just curious. Thanks for all you do.
